Bethany A. Howell, Ph.D. 

My career in evaluation began in 1994 as an intern in the Evaluation and Research Department of the Wake County Public School System. This early experience cemented my decision to become an evaluator.

I received my M.Ed. in Educational Research and Methodology from UNC-Greensboro and my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Measurement, and Evaluation from UNC-Chapel Hill.

I currently live in Chapel Hill with my husband and two boys. I love to read, try to stay fit by walking, and enjoy sports (especially USMNT soccer and fantasy football) as well as craft beer.
